Welcome to the official web site for Baltimore County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #4. This site serves as a source to communicate both timely and historical information to our membership, law enforcement officers from other jurisdictions and valued members of the public concerning the issues that affect local law enforcement. Baltimore County Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #4 is the one and only labor organization that represents the interests of Baltimore County Police Officers. The organization has grown from its original 32 “Charter” members in 1970 to over 2,900 “Active” and “Retired” members today.
Baltimore County Fraternal Order of Police is subordinate to the Maryland State Lodge which was founded in 1967 and has over 19,000 members and the Fraternal Order of Police Grand Lodge which was founded in 1915 and has over 325,000 members.
