A Baltimore County police officer suffered minor injuries after authorities say a driver making a U-Turn crashed into officer’s  cruiser early this morning.

The collision took place just before 2 a.m. in the 15,000-block of Hanover Pike in Upperco.

Police say the officer was heading to a report of a fight with his cruisers lights and sirens operating when the crash occurred.

The officer was taken to Shock Trauma for treatment of what police say are non-life threatening injuries.

Three of the four people in the other car were also taken to Shock Trauma.  Officials say their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
