FOP Lodge #4 Wins Motion to Enforce Against Baltimore County

Today Baltimore County Circuit Court Judge Finifter granted FOP Lodge #4’s Motion to Enforce in the Retiree Subsidy case.  The Maryland Court of Appeals ruled against Baltimore County Government for violating the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding and they refused to make the necessary changes.  The FOP then filed a Motion to Enforce in Baltimore County Circuit Court.  As you can read in the decision, Judge Finifter ordered Baltimore County to (1) reset the retiree health subsidy; (2) pay the owed amount of $572,887.10 ; and (3) give the FOP an updated damages chart; all within 20 days.
