Two men have been sentenced to federal prison for running a child pornography bulletin board.

George Sell, 70, of Cumberland was sentenced this week to 10 years in prison. Terry Nolley, 40, of Silver Spring was sentenced to more than eight years.

Both must register as sex offenders.

According to their plea agreements, Sell, Nolley and others operated “Country Lounge,” a secure web-based bulletin board dedicated to trading images of child pornography.

More than 140 members belonged to the bulletin board, which was hosted on computer servers in Virginia and Texas.
