Theresa L. Stiefel

It is with great sadness that the Lodge announces the passing of Theresa L. Stiefel, on December 3, 2024.

Theresa is the Aunt of Corporal Dona Carter in the CIB Persons Crimes Section and Michael Albrecht, Management Analyst IV in the Legal Section.   Additionally, she is the Sister of retired Detective Joseph Albrecht and retired Officer David Albrecht; Sister-in-Law of retired Corporal Mark Carter; Niece of retired Detective Angelo Tollen; and Cousin of Detective John Tollen of FID.  Please keep the families in your thoughts and prayers.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. John’s Catholic Church in Westminster on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 10:45 A.M.
