Attempted Murder Charge Follows Stabbing At Party

A stabbing at a house party in the Lochearn-Woodlawn area overnight left a woman badly cut and her boyfriend facing attempted murder charges.

Baltimore County police saidan officer broke up an argumentoutside of a home at Essex Road and Devereaux Court.

31-year old Kenneth McDuffie, West Baltimore, is being held on $1 million bail after police said he stabbed his girlfriend, 32-year old Rachel Sinclair, Brooklyn Park, during a fight after the two left a party.

No one else was hurt.

Sinclair was treated for non-life threatening injuries at Sinai, according to Det. Cathy Batten of Baltimore County police.

He faces charges that include attempted murder and assault charges.

No word on what sparked the confrontation.

It happened around 10:30 last night.
