A city police officer has been involved in a crash on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, according to State Police.
State Police say the crash happened shortly after 11:30 a.m. Monday along southbound 295 near the exit for I-295 near Linthicum. Preliminary information from State Police is that the officer was following another vehicle, lost control of the patrol car and went off the roadway. The city officer involved in the crash was taken to a hospital. The officer’s injuries weren’t reported to be life-threatening. A suspect connected to the pursuit was later taken into custody at Arundel Mills Malls in Hanover. No further details were immediately available. |
