Nearly $2,000 worth of cash and electronic equipment has been stolen from the Country Club of Maryland.

Baltimore County Police police say it happened between 7:30 and 8:45 Monday night.

Thieves apparently used a ladder to break in through a clubhouse window on Stevenson Road in Towson.

Country Club officials say two flat screen TVs were taken along with about $400 in cash.

Police say thieves tried, but failed, to take a third TV mounted to the wall.

Police have no suspects.
