The Lodge regrets to announce the passing of Owen J. O’Neill, father of retired Sgt. Dennis O’Neill, and grandfather of Officer Hunter Laisure of Precinct 2.

Mr. O’Neill lived 102 years and retired from the Baltimore City Police Department in 1956.
