The Lodge regrets to announce the death of retired Bro. David E. Webb (Balto. City P.D.), Board of Director of Baltimore City Lodge #3, father of Bro. Brian J. Webb of PC09, on April 17, 2011.

Viewing will be held at the McComas Funeral Home, 1317 Cokesbury Road, Abingdon, on Friday, 4/22, from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A Memorial Service will be conducted at the funeral home at 8:00pm.

Funeral Services will be private.

The Lodge extends deepest sympathy to the Webb family and to Bro. Webb’s extended law enforcement family of the Baltimore City Police Department and Baltimore City Lodge #3.
