County offices

Government offices and courts: closed in Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Frederick counties.

Public schools: closed in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford and Howard counties.

Trash: Regular pickup in Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Howard counties. In Carroll, Frederick and Harford, check with contractors.


City offices, courts and transit: closed

Parking meters: feed

Trash: regular pickup

Baltimore City

City offices, courts, libraries and public schools: closed

Parking meters: must feed

Trash: no pickup; landfills and transfer stations closed; no bulk trash collection; make-up day for trash and recycling is Saturday, Nov. 6.


MTA buses: regular schedule

MTA commuter buses: regular service

Subway (Metro): regular schedule

Light rail: regular schedule

MARC: regular service

Mobility: regular schedule

MTA information services: open

Certification office: open

MTA Transit Store: open

Transit: regular schedule in Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick and Harford counties

Post office: regular service

State offices: closed

MVA offices: closed

B&O Museum: open, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Baltimore Museum of Art: closed

Walters Art Museum: open

Port Discovery: open, 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

National Aquarium: open, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Science Center: open, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Baltimore Museum of Industry: open, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Maryland Zoo in Baltimore: open, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
