| A 33-year-old man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for abusing children to make child pornography.
Daniel Blake of Hampstead was sentenced Wednesday in Carroll County Circuit Court. He had pleaded guilty in March to sexual abuse of a minor and sexual abuse of a minor as part of a continuing course of conduct. On Tuesday, Blake was sentenced in federal court to 30 years on two counts of sexually exploiting a child to produce child pornography. Several boys told investigators that Blake took part in sexual activity with them over several years. |
