Important Flexible Spending Account Information

Baltimore County’s Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provider is changing. Benefits will stay the same, but new cards will be issued, and the process for claims and reimbursement will work differently.
Beginning September 5, all current FSA benefit cards will be deactivated. New cards will be mailed, but will not be activated until September 17. During this period, FSA enrollees must pay expenses out of pocket and file a claim form to receive reimbursement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Many other aspects of the claims process are also changing, including improvements such as mobile claim submissions and 48-hour claim reimbursement.
