After three days of deliberations a jury has found 45 year old Dennis Tetso guilty of second degree murder in the 2005 death of his wife Tracey.

The verdict handed down just after 1:30 this afternoon in Baltimore County Circuit Court. Tetso faces 30 years in prison for the killing.

The jury found Tetso not guilty of first degree murder which would have carried a life sentence.

Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger told WBAL News that was not surprising because Tracey Tetso’s body was never recovered.

Tracey Tetso disappeared in 2005 on her way to a Motely Crew concert in Washington.
