Man Running Errand Followed and Shot After Refusing to Give Up Car

A 25-year-old man, who lives in the Lansdowne area, was shot and sustained non-life-threatening injuries at 2 a.m. April 23 in the 4300 block of McDowell Lane, according to Baltimore County police.

The shooting happened after the man drove a friend’s car to a 7-Eleven convenience store at 4315 Annapolis Road, where a group of individuals told him they wanted his car.

The man refused and got into his car and drove away.

Several members of the group followed the man to the 4300 block of McDowell Lane, where he was shot.

The police said no arrests have been made.
