Some members have contacted the lodge with problems printing out pay stubs prior to the current one.
O.I.T. was contacted and advised that some versions of Internet Explorer are not working well with the County system. (even though next to the login it says to use Internet Explorer only). They are aware of the issue and describe it as a compatibility issue.
While on the phone with a person at O.I.T. I used Mozilla Firefox to log on and bring up a current pay stub and several prior ones. I worked perfectly. According to O.I.T. if you are having problems using the Employee Self Services, try another version of Internet Explorer or another browser.
