Baltimore Police are looking for a man who was dressed as a woman when he allegedly pulled over a driver in the northern section of the city last weekend.

According to police a woman said she was pulled over by a car that had a blue light flashing light on Sunday.

When the man walked up to the woman’s car she told investigators he had a jacket with a police patch and an id badge with Baltimore Police info hanging around his neck.

The driver says the man was also wearing dark makeup and a shoulder length black wig. She also stated he had lots of wrinkles.

Police describe him as a white man in his 40s, standing about 5′ 8″, with blue eyes and a thin build.

He was last seen driving a green or blue Oldsmobile Alero.

The man took the woman’s id before he left the scene.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
