A man identified by police as Tyrone Jones is wanted in a home invasion.
Two men have been arrested in a home invasion in Baltimore County.
Police say they arrested two twenty-year-old men and charged them with armed robbery and assault.
According to police the suspects broke into a woman’s home on Nunnery Lane in the Catonsville area in an attempt to steal her pain medicine and cell phone.
The victim was cut on her hand during the robbery.
Baltimore County Police have arrested and charged two suspects in the home invasion robbery of Valerie Brown, 59, of the 100-block of Nunnery Lane, 21228. The suspects have been identified as Raiff Brian Hunter, 20, of the 400-block of North Bend Road, 21228 and Gregory Leon Spence, 20, of the unit-block of Briarwood, 21228.
On October 26, Baltimore County Police responded to the 100-block of Nunnery Lane for a stabbing. Police found the victim, Valerie Brown, suffering from cuts to her hand. The police investigation revealed that the suspects who are known to the victim forced their way into her apartment. One of the suspects retrieved a kitchen knife and a broom and assaulted the victim as she fought back. The suspects stole pain medication and a cell phone from the victim. The suspects then fled the scene of the crime. Valerie Brown was treated for minor injuries at her home.
Police detectives initiated an investigation which revealed that Raiff Hunter, Gregory Spence, and a third suspect were responsible for the home invasion robbery. Raiff Hunter has been charged with armed robbery, theft, first-degree assault, and second-degree assault. Gregory Spence is charged with armed robbery, theft, and first-degree assault. Raiff Hunter is being held with bail denied and Gregory Spence with a bail of $125,000. Both suspects are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center. They are scheduled for a bail review today.
Police have obtained a warrant for the arrest of the third suspect, Tyrone Taylor Jones, 20, who has no fixed address. Police are asking anyone who knows of the whereabouts of Tyrone Taylor Jones to contact the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.
